"CredSSP encryption oracle remediation" error when you try to RDP to a Windows VM in Azure

I get this error when I try to connect to the other computer. Is this update talking about applying this KB package to my Windows 10 client or do I have to do this KB update on the Server(computer) that I am trying to connect to. This copmuter is on my household work network.
Please help out with just a logical explanation. I don't really want to hang up the Microsoft support servers because they have a lot of packages for this issue and they provided a lot downloads for the appropriate operating system.
It does talk cora to me a little bit.
