All my games started crashing after play for a few minutes LiveKernelEvent/Code:141

Hello, I need help with figuring out the source of my problem. As written in the subject, any game I try playing (such as Fallout4, CSGO, and Apex -Legend-) crashes and freezes my computer after playing for a few min(1~15min). Every time it freezes, it locks up everything (including my keyboard) so I have to manually press the power button to turn it off. I've tried diagnosing the problem and this is what I've done so far.

-Checked for any viruses or malware through windows 'Virus & Threat Protection' and 'Malawarebytes'. No problems were found.
-Uninstalled and reinstalled my Nvidia GPU drivers
-Diagnosed using dell support software (provided by manufacture). No problems were found.

According to the 'View Reliability History' this is what I got.
