After installing 2020-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 V 1909 for x64, everything is slow or not working on my system

I installed the update yesterday and after multiple restarts, now my system is very slow and many features don't even work and just shows a blank screen.


Few issues are

1. Like if i search anything from start menu, screen is blank.
2. When I try to open Windows settings, the screen comes up after 5-10 mins
3. None of the Microsoft office products are working, it just says "loading.."
4. Edge browser not opening
5. Very slow performance

Can i rollback to previous version OR has someone faced the same issue?


How can this be resolved?
