To Install Multiple Windows Updates Together all at Once

For Windows XP, I had recently downloaded all the updates that Microsoft Update used to offer. I had learnt that SHA-1 was withdrawn from service and SHA-2 was not supported on Windows XP. So Microsoft Update won't work.

All the updates are downloaded to a folder, all being .exe files. Is there any way to install all these updates at one go?
