Control panel keeps crashing after a few seconds (tried many ways to fix but still can't)

This has been happening for months now. My control panel keeps crashing after a few seconds after I opened it. Before I didn't really need to use it but now it is quite an inconvenience for me to deal with. I looked up this issue and found many solutions, such as deleting IDT audio panel (can't find this file), deleting IDTNC64.cpl (also can't find this file), but I learnt that the cause is probably about the explorer.exe error. Here is the error code:

Not sure really what's going on there. Both the Faulting application and Faulting module are protected by "TrustedInstaller" so I can't really delete or do much to it, and I can't think of much ways of solving the problem. May someone help me out? Many thanks.
