My 2 in 1 Medion Akoya E2218T is fully up to date with Windows 102004 update, but the sound device is not working, it shows a red cross on the taskbar and a text indicating that no audio device is installed.
On device manager the device(Intel SST audio(WDM) shows up as "Working properly", I have tried to update the driver manually or by uninstalling the device, to no avail.
By checking the events the only strange mentions I see are: "Device ACPI\808622A8\1 was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match" and (logically?) "Device ACPI\808622A8\1 requires further installation".
Looking in Sound settings, no device is available, an external speaker connected via jack is not presented either.
Bluetooth speakers do work, luckily.
Help would be appreciated.
