Good morning,
Firstly, a big thanks you to neipzz and AsterT1 for your replies to my previous question regarding an upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
I was hoping that again someone can help out with this question.
I have an old laptop running Vista Home Premium with SP2 that I let my 4 year old granddaughter play around when she visits and lately when I try to open some functions/apps it comes up with the error msg C:Windows\system32\rundll32.exe is not a valid Win 32 application.
Somehow this file has been corrupted (I am not quite sure how this might have happened) and I am trying to find out how I can go about replacing this file.
I searched on the net and found something that I believed was the correct file for my version of OS but the error that displayed this time was that it was the wrong version.
I don't have the disks as the OS came preloaded when we bought the laptop.
Can anyone/someone please help me with this?
Thanks,
Chris
