Hi, I am struggling to get my controller to work with my desktop PC. I have tried multiple times over the course of a year or two to get it to work but it simply doesn't show up as a device anywhere on the system.

- The controller and cable work perfectly with my laptop, an SP6. Plug and play pops up straight away.
- The USB ports on my PC work fine with various USB memory sticks and peripherals
- There are no yellow warnings in Device Manager, or any new devices showing up
- No plug and play notifications, or sounds when the controller is plugged in
- I have updated Windows various times since the first attempt
- I have tried holding the sync button on the controller, and updating the controller firmware
- I have tried using Steam Big Picture Mode to see if it shows up there, but controller is unresponsive
- I have tried some third party drivers such as BetterJoy4Cemu and ProXInput, neither of which I have managed to get to work.
