Microsoft Lifecam Cinema Issues

I recently installed a Lifecam Cinema on my Surface running Windows 10. How do I select it as the default camera over the built-in device, and how do I adjust the camera setting like brightness, color etc. It does not show up in the USB devices. It only shows as an audio device. It also does not show up as a device option in the Camera program
