Help, upgrading to 10 with media creation tool

So i lost my old hdd that i had already upgraded to win10. Got the new hdd reinstalled 8 did all the updates to 8.1 etc. got the media creation tool, used the upgrade this pc option. Everything went fjne until it had to reboot. Its been sitting at the win logo for a couple hours now. If i revoot the pc it says it failed to install. Run jt avain same thing, same results.
