I have a Qualcomm QCA9377 802.11ac Wireless Adapter in a Dell inspiron. The system reports 400/200 down/up Mbps but any speedtest in any browser never gets over 80 Mbps. The ethernet conector also is limited to <80 Mbps but that is because it is only rated at 100 Mbps and the system reserves 20%. The wifi adapter reports "Link speed" of 400/200 ... I assume that means what speeds are available to the system. By the way I did an experiment booting with Ubuntu and the system reported 4---500 Mbps. My Isp service is rated at 400 Mbps. Clearly there is something in Windows 10 version 2004 build 19041.450. Help!
