Sender's address, date, subject & etc. not appearing on emails at the top when I click on them to read. I think I clicked on something by mistake that

When I open any email I it only displays the body of the email and not all the information at the top. It is missing the sender's address, date, To & From & subject & etc. I need this information and I think I clicked something in error..... if I remember correctly I had this problem a long time ago. Now when I open any email all the information at the top is missing. Thank you.
