How do I get rid of the "Top News" in my start menu? I have searched everywhere and can't find the answer.

It is not a notification setting and I can't see to find the answer anywhere. I don't know why Microsoft thinks I want this in my Start menu, I do not. Honestly, if I can't figure out how to do this I'm going to just go with Apple. I hate how expensive their computers are, but I can't do Linux and I wont deal with Windows shoving this down my throat.
