Please help - Malware inserted into SCHTASKS - I cannot remove it.

I am not a tech - I am 77 and cannot afford to have my computer repaired. Somehow I picked up this malware (amongst a ton of other malware) when I visited a sick site !!


This is what it says (via Defender Report) ;

I have tried MBAM and various other programs but they do nothing. They show the malware but will not remove it.


Would anyone be kind enough to type out what I would put into Admin CMD prompt to either remove or disable this totally destructive malware. It runs every time I start up, Defender announces it but cannot do anything about it. I have no training in IT and will be hugely grateful for any help.
