My all in one monitor is having white screen on startup

2a3e4b58-6411-4d1e-bd07-d58f6876186e?upload=true.jpgMy all in one hp is having startup problem. Its cd drive and usb ports are working but montior is having black screen first nd then it shows up white screen. No answer when i click the keyboard and mouse.Please help me out.
