Regarding boot problem in bios

Actually i am facing the fret in booting my system. It is..when i go for advanced bios i select hard disk boot priority, there i am not able to change the boot priority between sand disk curzer and CH 1 ST3500418AS .....


It shows i can change by PU/PD/+/- ....but not able to change

.....pls help
