My Touchpad isn't able to perform the dual finger scroll function after Update to Windows 10 from Windows 7.

My Laptop has had no problems with windows 10 whatsoever, but the touchpad on The Toshiba Laptop (Tecra A11-PTSE1E-00G007AR) hasn't been able to perform the Scroll from the touchpad feature since the Update from Windows 7 to Windows 10(this update happened many years ago) and i also updated windows to one of the latest version 1909, This laptop has had only one upgrade which is from a 3 GB RAM to 8 GB RAM and no other hardware changes have been performed. Since I didn't use the laptop for many days, so i didn't notice that the scroll feature was gone, and since recently i have been using the Laptop again I noticed that it wasn't working.

I tried Updating the TouchPad drivers but it was of no vain, and when i go to the Settings>Devices>Touchpad I don't have any option to enable two finger scroll, But i have seen in trouble shooting videos that at touchpad settings they have a check box to enable The scroll Option.

PS/2 Compatible mouse Hardware ID: ACPI\VEN_PNP&DEV_0F13

The above hardware ID search on the internet brings up that the device is manufactured by Synaptics but on the DEvice manager it shows the manufacturer to be Microsoft.

Whatever be the case I don't really know why this issue has come forth after Switching to windows 10 as the scroll feature was working in Windows 7. Also the Scrolling Works just fine With a wireless mouse, But when i use the touchpad it just doesn't.

Also I would like to point out that when i check the driver date For the device after updating it still shows 6/21/2006 and driver version as 10.0.18362.1

I would really appreciate the help as soon as possible, I don't know if i will have to find a new driver manually or Use a third party Software to reuse the Scroll feature from the touchpad or any kind of help/fix would be really appreciated in order to fix this problem.

Thanking you in Advance
