Random Freezes on Windows 10 2004

Varit~

Good day everyone, I'm here to ask if anyone has some idea about what's going on with my system. I've been working around the issue since yesterday and seems I've found some interesting info about it, but, I haven't been able to fix it yet.

My system specs are:

Asrock B450 Steel Legend

Ryzen 5 2600

16gb Kingston 3466Mhz (running at this moment at Stock 2400Mhz)

MSI 1070 Ti Duke

2 SSD HDD

2 Regular Mechanical HDD

So, I upgraded this system yesterday, from a i5 socket 1150 platform. At first, I thought it could be something related with the XMP profile, I was thinking maybe the overclocked ram was not stable, so I underclocked the Ram from 3466Mhz to 3000mhz, but the freezes kept happening, so I put them at their native speed of 2400Mhz. And I thought everything was fine. I played some games, everything was fine, but then I realized that the freezes kept happening, it's just that the games doesn't freeze. So I started to make some visual inspection, and realized the HDD Led in the case stays lit rock solid when this happens, so, I tried to make the freeze happen, and it is really, really random, sometimes happens fairly reagularly, sometimes it just doesn't, like yesterday, when I disabled the XMP profile and it just stopped and I thought that was the problem.

When the freeze happens, the main HDD (the C: Drive) ramps up to 100%, and that's what freezes the system, interestingly tho, it doesn't seem to affect programs running on other disks, I'm not sure if I'm totally wrong, but when I play it doesn't happen, and I've played for 1 or 2 hours and everything is fine. (games are on another SSD)

I downloaded the last version of windows with Media Creation Tool. I did not had this issue before doind the change of platform, so I'm not sure wich version it was, but I'm totally sure it was not 2004 because I installed it around December of 2019, or even before that. I was doing some stress tests to see if I could make the freeze happen, and it did, twice, in a span of around 90 minutes, I took some pictures:

I was using the SSD1 (D: unit) to uncompress some really, really big files, and it happened twice. The C: drive, which was not being used, ramps to 100% and the CPU drops to 0% when this happens, making the system to freeze, but, while I was doing this, I was watching some Youtube and the video kept making sound but the screen froze. I checked the C: drive with CrystalDiskInfo and says it's fine, in fact, the 4 of them are.

I've seen similar behavior before, in the computer from my job, and of the HDD's froze randomly for a few seconds, and made the whole system freeze. It said everywhere that the disk was fine, and then one day, the disk died and took all the info with it, it never gave me SMART errors or anything like that, but, it was a mechanical drive and this was in 2018.

So, that's the thing. I reinstalled Windows twice yesterday, just in case, trying to find the problem, but the problem persists. So, I'm not sure on what to do now, if the HDD is going to die, I can but another one right now, before it dies randomly without any warning, or, if it is some Windows Software related issue I could download a previous version and see how it works. (I have not installed a previous version of Windows yet).

Do you guys have any ideas?

I was reading some posts about it, I have to add that I do not have Malwarebytes installed. It took me 20 minutes to make this post and it didin't happen, I have Task Manager on the other monitor.

Thanks in advance. Cheers.
