Windows 10 struggling to start up (Live kernel event 141), but working as usual after i logged in.

For the past 2-3 days, my PC takes forever to start up. It takes 3 times trying to boot, afterwards it trigger the startup repair tool. Clicking on restart, i can log in again to Windows 10 and use my PC like usual. I can work on it, play games and watch netflix like usual. However, whenever i turn it back on after sleeping, or shutting it down, it starts the cycle again. 3 times trying to boot then startup repair tool like before. I have no idea what is wrong with my PC. I am at my wit's end. Here is the reliability report from the last start up :
