is there a 64 bit registry editor for windows 2003 64 bit?

I have Windows 2003 x64 bit and want to make registry settings per this KB
article for debugging

I have been using "regedt32" to start the registry editor and wanted to know
if making changes out there which is a 32 bit version on the 64 bit machine
will work? Or do i need to modify the settings in a 64 bit version and if
so, where can i find a reg editor for 64 bit ?
