How do I get rid of a [PROCESS] waketimer preventing my PC from going to sleep?

My PC will not sleep, and an inquiry using POWERCFG results in the following:

This is related, I believe, to attempts by Backup to schedule a scan that has NOT been scheduled. How do I stop the waketimer?
