Hi.
Today I wanted to update my old laptop with Windows Vista SP2 on it. I know Windows Update usually takes forever to start anyway without speed-up patches, but now it won't work at all. It throws me the error code 0x80244019, and refuses to check for updates. My internet is working fine. I can't get Internet Explorer 9 or the Ultimate Extras installed either. This is a clean install from a few days ago. Is there any way I can still get it to update automatically, or should I install every KB package that applies to Vista from the update catalogue?
Thanks in advance.
P.S. Please don't ask me why I'm still using Windows Vista and all that.
