Application 'zoom.exe' has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware.

I have been getting a constant notification on my laptop (windows 10) during Zoom meetings that says "Application 'zoom.exe' has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware". I have updated both my windows program and Zoom to the latest versions, but this still keeps happening. My screen will freeze/go completely dark and I have to restart my computer every time. This mainly happens within Zoom "breakout rooms".
