explorer.exe keeps freezing/restarting - issue relates somehow with HDD connection to system

Hello, This issue is there already mentioned, bud i define my finginds.

I my destkop (see specifications below), the Windows 10 performance strongly decreased due to continuously restrarting of the file explorer (i.e. process "explorer.exe" seen in task manager.

I recorded the workflow at YT links please see:

I had to be sure where the issue lays, so I rather boutght new RAM modules (now i have 2x16 GB),

In past i had "cached" RAM memory more than like "free" (both are kinds of free memory) ..

in the moment i changed the RAM modules, i had most of times only "Free" memory.

that means RAM was not the cause.

I realized, that continuous restarting/freezing of the "explorer.exe" process of File explorer is somehow connected with HDDs that I have connected to motherboard on SATA ports.

I disconnected the 6TB HDD from computer and the problem dissapeared (!) .

Most probably is not the case the wrong HDD (it seems without errors or failures after deep check). That disc was set in GPT, not MBR (which soome could tell as an issue) .

Now, after month running perfectly without issues only with one 1,4 TB HDD connected, the problem came back at the moment, when I swapped the name of HDD from H to D . (with tool "disk management" in windows ) simple change of the disks namings brought back the issue (so most probably that is connected with some connections to the route D: ) ... but i could not redo this operation (after putting namings back, the issue perists)

The problem dissapeared, when I switch off the second 1,4 TB HDD . But now I am without disks connected in my desktop :)

This performance decrease is for me serious trouble , please help.

EDIT : I actually realized, that the issue persists even if the HDD is unplugged.. so I am even more troubled
