I just got a brand-new Acer Spin 5 and the first issues I noticed was when I was playing music, my music would stop playing as if it entered hibernation mode. This has never happened with my past laptops.
I did an upgrade to Windows 10 pro and then I started to experience the shut down, the screen would go black and my keyboard would light up and then turn off. One other time the screen turned it self to 100% brightness and the screen froze and would take about 30 secs to a minute to turn off.
I ended up doing a refresh of Windows 10 and that didn’t solve the problem, I than un-disabled skype after downloading mini tool box and seeing that Skype seem to be coming up around the system errors.
That fixed it for a little bit but now I am still experiencing the same issues as before and I ran mini tool box and again skype seems to the main system error when the computer shuts down
