Window shuts down in the middle of activity

In the last 2 days, windows suddenly goes off on my laptop during an activity. It then restarts and while at it, it shows that the laptop will restart at 100% while the figure loads, advises to get more info on https://www.windows.com/stopcode and to give support person this info:

Stop code: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION

What failed: SPUVCbv x64 sys

This sudden shut downs happened so far during video-related activity such as while joining a zoom meeting or clicking on 'start video' on Flipgrid. I have deleted recent software installment and other advice given in website above but problem persists.

From replies to other questions I saw in the community, I am including the minidump files and my computer specs. Please advise.
