I wanted to completely stop Windows update services in my windows 8 laptop. For that I had disabled Windows Update services by going to Services options from taskmanager. But the next time I connected my pc to Internet, it agains started. The main problem is that because of Windows update a process named "Tiworker.exe" runs on background and takes very much CPU and RAM usage.
When I checked the settings of Windows update inside control panel. I found a message there "Some settings are managed by your system administrator" and I am not able to change any of the settings related to Windows Update although I am the administrator user.

Please help me how I could resolve this problem and how I can completely stop Windows update service.
