I keep getting error 651 when i try to set up a broadband conection.

So i am trying to set up a cable connetion and when i try to set it up i keep getting error 651 i tried some fixes that i found and when i used one of them in cmd i got a pop up that says module raspppoe.sys failed to load and could not be found. What can i do to fix this i already tryed some fixes for that in order to replace the corrupted files.
