Windows Boot Manager showing up 1 second then disappears and going to the selected os to windows xp setup

My Laptop has windows 7 as default operating system, i made a second hard drive then i installed windows xp professional but the etup failed and restarted the computer, it showed windows xp setup and windows 7, i when to my default os remove the second drive when to startup settings

Changed it to do show in 30 seconds of the boot manager i restarted the laptop

Then windows boot manager pops up 1second then disappears and goes to the

Windows setup i restarted the laptop over and over again it still was popping up one second and going to windows xp setup please help.
