Just changed to using Mail in Windows 10. (I was using Live Mail with no issues until I did the Windows 10 update 2004. Then Windows Live Mail stopped working)

The issue now--when I save an E-mail that I received in Mail to my desktop the E-mail becomes non-functional. If I open that saved E-mail I can not respond or forward it. The functions are gone from the top of the page.

Never had this issue with Live Mail.

How do I correct this? I would like to save certain e-mails to my desktop and respond to them at a later date.

Thanks

Steve
