Where is the Vista DRM?

I have Vista installed since around six months now..

And*I haven't found the DRM! Seriously, what am I missing? I played some shody divx and xvid files - no problem. I played all my mp3 files, no problem, in fact, every media file*I tried works. With the exception of specificaly*protected wma files.. but I know those weren't not playable in XP either,*(I tried)*so this isn't new in Vista, and can't be the mythical Vista DRM.

I tried to capture live audio streams with audacity - no problem. I tried to*convert*wav files to mp3 files.. no problem.

OK, I haven't got a bluray and/or hd dvd drive, maybe there will be problems if I try to rip from such discs, I don't know..**But, so far, I just haven't seen the DRM at all!

Where is the fuzz? What I am missing? After all the buzz I hear everywhere on the internet about "Vista DRM".. this is.. even disappointing to some extend. Like preparing for a hurricane, but all you get is an average rainshower.

Serious question: Aside from HD DVD and bluray.. where is the DRM?
