Hello,
Recently I have started facing this issue in my laptop. The Device Manager shows 2 HID Keyboard Devices and 1 HID Compliant mouse. I don't connect external usb keyboard or mouse frequently. But now, the issue is that, my Function keys (F1-F12) are working individually. But when i press Fn + F2 (volume down), Fn + F4 (brightness down) and other are not working. But Fn + F1 (mute) is working. Even my Esc key is not working now completely.
Now if I connect external keyboard and mouse using usb receiver, it shows 3 HID Keyboard Devices and 2 HID-compliant mouse and everything works fine in those devices. Please help me as i am unable to do any task properly using just the laptop keyboard .
For some reason, I am unable to upload the images. Please help me in this matter also.
