new windows 10 20H2 feature update giving me 0x80004500 error

hi,

when i opened my computer windows 10 20h2 was ready to install, only restart was required but when computer got restarted, it gave following error

i googled about this error, one of the article said to resolve this error, you have to complete following 4 tasks

1) delete contents of download folder in softwareDistribution folder in c drive, so i did it.

2) then it said run window 10 update trouble shooter. i ran it successfully.

3)it said disable window 10 defender, so i disabled it.

4)Run sfc /scannow.

5) deletes contents of temp folder.

I did all the above 4 steps successfuly.


then when i tried to install new feature update. it again failed, giving following error.

We couldn't check for updates, because you aren't connected to the Internet. Make sure you have a cellular data or Wi-Fi connection and try again.

But this is not true, i was connected to the internet.

plz help me fix this error asap.
