WINDOWS APPS not opening

My pc lenovo windows8 purchased 7 years ago . one month before I referesh my Pc , after refershing windows apps not opening till now . activate windows message showing frequently but i dont have old product key and i dont need to upgrade my pc i need only my w8 windows app default as early. what can I do.
