Frequent & random BSODs (fastboot.sys) after PC boots (Windows 10)

A few days back, I was doing normal work on my laptop, when it suddenly switched off due to low power.

Since then every time I boot my PC it starts-up very slow, and after logging in, normal startup applications start to load, and then I encounter a BSOD with below stop code and driver problem.

Stop Code: Driver IRQL not less or equal

fastboot.sys

So far I have tried to boot into Windows Safe Mode and disabled fast startup via registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Power.

Setting the value of HiberbootEnabled to 0, earlier it was 1. I managed to check the Fast Startup setting in Power Options it was unchecked. But this still does not seem to work, since I still face the issue.

Also I performed a sfc scan & DISM (in safe mode) no issues or errors were found.

PC Configuration:

Laptop Make & Model: Lenovo Ideapd 320 (80XL)

CPU: Core i5 7200U

RAM: 12GB

Windows Version: Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19041

GPU: Nvidia MX940

Lastly I was wondering if any hardware (motherboard, CPU or any other hardware component) is negatively affected since the PC was directly shut when it lost power, and that's the reason I am facing this issue.
