Screenshot -- Windows key + PrtScn not working on new Surface Laptop Gen 3

Still works on older Asus machine, older build. But new Surface laptop on version 1909 won't screenshot. And, no "Screenshots" folder created in pics/user files. I've been cheating by using the snipping tool, but did the screenshot command change? Thanks


Yipes, just looked... old machine is build 2004, so a newer build on ancient 2011 hardware for some reason... but, not an update problem.
