REPLACED PRINTER, STILL GET DLL. MSG THAT COMPUTER CAN'T FIND IT

I replaced printers, deleted old one, but still get a dll. msg about old computer. that it can't find it. That 'cuz I deleted it. get this msg on startup. Win 8.1 or 10, not sure.
