Windows 10 bootable (transferable) USB

I was wondering if i can create an USB drive with activated Windows 10 so i can play Sea of Thieves, but still use my Windows 7 for other tasks, and to have it with me when walking around world (same way as you can have Linux distro with you on way...), so i will be able to run one Windows 10 on my multiple computers with Win7 just in need. Thx for help.

Ps: i´m not good at english when comes to writing, but i understand pretty well.
