I was recently FORCED to upgrade to W10 19041. After the update my LG 34WL500-b ultra-wide monitor, which had been working fine on the previous W10 version, no longer displayed at the proper width but showed a screen stretched horizontally. I checked display settings and found that the max resolution available is 1920 x 1080; there is no 2560 x 1080 option like before the update. Same for the resolution options on the Nvidia control panel (for GTX 1050 Ti). I double checked device manager and the monitor has the latest LG HDR WFGD drivers. No other changes--same HDMI cable, graphics card, etc., as when it was working. The update caused the problem. How to fix?
