Pre-authentication Failed

After joining a new windows vista machine to the domain we started
receiving the following errors in the event log on our PDC:

Event Type: Failure Audit
Event Source: Security
Event Category: Account Logon
Event ID: 675
Date: 7/18/2007
Time: 3:11:38 PM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: SERVER
Description:
Pre-authentication failed:
User Name: COMPUTERNAME$
User ID: DOMAINNAME\COMPUTERNAME$
Service Name: krbtgt/DOMAINNAME.LOCAL
Pre-Authentication Type: 0x0
Failure Code: 0x19
Client Address: 192.168.1.26

Anyone have any ideas?
