Hello everyone,
I have a strange problem with several notebooks. The problem occurs since the update to Windows 10 2004.
At the work place the notebooks work without problems, because all configured network drives are accessible and the availability of files in Quick Access is given.
If I disconnect the notebooks from the (W)LAN or use them in my home office without an activated VPN connection, the whole device hangs. The Windows Explorer can be opened, but cannot display any files, the green status bar at the top runs the whole time.
Previous solutions:
- Automatically establish a VPN connection
- Disconnect all network drives and empty the Quick Access
Does anybody know this problem and would perhaps have a solution that would make working with the devices possible? Unfortunately the devices have to work offline for a while and to disconnect all network drives and delete the Quick Access is not practical.
Thanks
Christoph
