All I see on the Windows Security software is "Security at a glance" and other instant close apps

Hello, I've just uninstalled Malwarebytes on my pc and I tried opening windows security, When I open it, all I saw was "Security at a glance". And also when I try to open Taskbar settings and most settings related apps, It doesn't open at all. Thanks for helping me.
