How can I unlink Win 10 Pro embedded hardware association with Windows Servers?

Hello everyone,

I have had the following issue for a long while. Would you have a solution for me to implement or know someone you can refer me to to have this resolved either voluntarily or via payment? Thank you..

As I bought a new laptop with windows 10 home embedded, I transfered my retail win 10 pro from old laptop to this new laptop using troubleshoot menu under activation selecting "I changed my hardware". I thoıght this would dissociate the licence from the old laptop thinking windows would allow original licence to be used on only one computer at a time. However after that, every time I install win 10 pro using media creation tool fresh on old laptop and connect to internet without signing in with my Hotmail account, it automatically activated digital licence. So it seems to me that my retail licence is embedded on the old laptops hardware and that hardware is linked to this win 10 pro licence key on windows server. I tried many ways to remove it to no avail. I left the laptop to some computer tech shops and waited for 1 month during which I lost some interested buyers and they returned the laptop without a solution. My concern is when I sell the laptop, they can use the same pro licence and after a while this can result in both computers being blacklisted as using pirate windows due to licence being used on multiple computers. My question is how can I prevent old laptop from being digitally licenced with my retail pro key as soon as it is connected to internet after a fresh install? Is there a way to change the embedded licence on the hardware with another random key or leave it blank? If not maybe dissociate that hardware from windows servers? Could you please assist?

Secondly after transferring retail pro licence to new computer, if I install home using oem home key embedded on its hardware, sign up with my Hotmail account and go to store to upgrade windows to 10 pro, I see an install option rather than purchase. So in a way it must have associated my email adress with the 10 pro licence from the days of using pro on old laptop or the new days of using pro on new laptop with my Hotmail account. When I click on install it gives me error code 0x800f0904 if I remember correctly. So my question is how can I fix this error so that in case I return to home and decide to upgrade to pro, the upgrade can run smoothly? The reason I ask this is linked to the first question. If I can't dissociate win 10 pro licence from old laptop, I consider reverting back to home on my new laptop to prevent future possible piracy warning from windows, then I want to have the option to upgrade to win 10 pro via payment as I could do before I had transferred the retail key to new laptop. So if I can't remove pro licence from old laptop, I'd like to remove pro licence from the hardware of new laptop and my email account so that I can return to using home and have the option open to purchase upgrade to pro with my email account in case I want to use pro in future on my new laptop.

Could you please help me out with this issue I've been wanting to resolve for months which caused me to postpone the sales of my old laptop because I don't want to let both the buyer and me to encounter any piracy issue due to same licence being used on multiple computers..

Below is a post related to the error code when upgrading windows which might be the similar code I have received in my case:
