Hello - I created a new Outlook user account (from my family plan) for my dad so he can do onedrive backups. He forgot the password to his prior account and we could not recover it. We could not select the OneDrive folder on his C: drive that was previously specified, so we created a new folder to link to OneDrive.
Upon rebooting we get the blue "Choose Keyboard" screen. We select US keyboard, then "exit to Windows 10" ... however, even the computer looks like it's trying to boot, it simply goes back to the Choose Keyboard screen.
This is an HP 15 series laptop.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Additional info: - I appear to have two OS boot managers! How do I fix this?? Thanks!!

I just tried something different - after "Select Keyboard" I tried these steps:
I have three choices
I choose the second OS boot manager and it sometimes boots to windows, and sometimes tries a disk repair but goes back to the "select keyboard screen" .... How do I fix this? Thanks!

I just tried something different - after "Select Keyboard" I tried these steps:
- Troubleshoot / Advanced Options / UEFI Firmware settings / Restart to Change settings
- the "Startup Menu" (old DOS style display) comes up - I choose F9 boot option
I have three choices
- OS boot manager
- OS boot manager (it appears twice)
- Boot from EFI file
I choose the second OS boot manager and it sometimes boots to windows, and sometimes tries a disk repair but goes back to the "select keyboard screen" .... How do I fix this? Thanks!
