my computer get cryptnet.dll error in video games. the one that says it is not supposed to run in windows.

THE ERROR i get is

MCC-Win64-Shipping-WinStore.exe - bad image


C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\crypnet.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact you system administrator or the software vendor for support error status 0xc0000020



i get this in almost every large file video and it interrupts game play so will someone please give me a real fix.
