Hi Folks, wonder if you can?
My Granny has an XP computer (I know abit out of date) and she is wanting the documents and pictures of the hard drive.
I have removed the hard drive form the computer and plugged in my windows 10 system. But the drive isn't being recongised on My computer. However I then go into Devices and Printers and shows at the bottom as "Best USB Device" and doesn't let me make any changes to it.
I have looked in disk management and it isn't being showing in there as extra space. I then looked in Device Manager and the the hard drive is showing under "storage controllers" and not "universal seriel bus controllers".
I am looking to see if there is anyway round this, anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.
