How can I restore my window if I lost my administrator account

I upgraded my windows 8 to 8.1 to windows 10. I tried to reset my laptop to factory settings because it crasked, but the reset stopped in the midle and I ended up losing my administrator account and turning back to windows 8.. I can't access anything now and nothing is working.. Can anyone help me please to access my laptop? Thank you.
