Recently i've had problems with my PC, after loggin in theres only a black screen and the cursor, task manager works fine and all the non-microsoft store programs, even trying to open ms-settings: doesnt work, i followed the steps from this thread but that didnt fix the problem
Finally i decided to reinstall windows using the "Keep all my files" option, the problem was gone but now i couldnt delete the old WindowsApps folder that was on a external hard drive from the previous install and, so i changed the permissions from the folder and deleted it, after emptying the bin the folder didnt show up but it kept using the same 250gb as before, using Treesize i can still see the folder there, but i have no way of deleting it or even accesing its properties because when i try it only shows me the recycling bin
is there some way to delete this folder? or do i have to use a linux live cd?
the worse part is that recently the black screen problem came back but now when i terminate the Wsappx process from task manager everything comes back so i dont know what is going on but it seems like a more chronic problem, even tried scanning for malware but nothing so far
Would very much appreciate some help
Thanks
