Hey there!
I bought a refurbished laptop last week and ever since then I have gotten frequent BDOS crashes. The software guy said it was a windows problem and changed the windows 10 version from 20004 to 1903 but I am still getting the crashes. I have posted results from dump files. Please let me know how to fix this.
I used Driver Boost to updated the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers because there was a yellow error sign on Standard SATA AHCI Controller. After updating from Driver Boost it changed to Intel (R) 6th generation core processor family platform I/O sata/ahci controller with no yellow signs but it crashed again and showed the igdkmd64.sys.
I have been on it for a week now with disturbed working hours. Please help me locate and fix the problem. Thank you!

PS. Idk much about computers I use google to understand.
