Mouse buttons keep reverting to right handed operation in Windows 10

Hi


I have a number of left handed customers that have to reset their mouse settings to left handed operation everytime the reboot their laptops. they are all using Logitech mice, I have tried setting via Windows settings and the Logitech utility all to no avail. Can anyone advise me of a fix for use in Windows 10 1803.
